The first of two required practica, this course involves fieldwork with a nurse leader. In collaboration with a preceptor, students will participate in planning, implementing, analyzing, and/or evaluating a continuous practice improvement project. Opportunities to participate in multiple aspects of the nurse leader’s roles are provided.
